my guess on how the stripper deck works

i am guessing that all the cards side are shaved down a little and all the shaved sides are facing one way. when they pick a card the magician turns it upside down so the shaved side is facign the other way. then he slides is fingers down the deck and the card comes out autommacticaly.


tell me if I am wrong. I never purchased a stripper deck but I heard something about it being shaved.
