okay, i know how to muscle read. At least the basics. For example, if u tell them to think of a number between 1 and 10, once they got it slowly go through the numbers and while u do it look in their eyes. Even if u tell them exactly what ur gonna do, its involuntry: once u get to their number either their eyelid will slightly move or their eyeball will twich.
lotsa other ways 2, but thats easiest 4 beginners.:D :D :D :D

Well I think there might be a way that you make them think of a number between 1-10, countdown the numbers while you hold their wrist. I think that when you say the number they are thinking of there could be a little pulse out of it. Or tell them to flex their arm and hold the muscle, when you say the number the muscle could twitch a little bit.
This is just a guess also.

I recently started doing muscle reading also. I've only tried it a few times but they've all be successful. Muscle reading has to do with being able to detect a person's ideomotor muscle movements (barely noticable unconcious motions), which is great because even if they know exactly what you're up to they won't be able to stop it.
Anyway, here's what I do: Take out ten cards and lay them facedown on a table in a circle. Ask your spectator to think of one in their mind, and ONLY in their mind, then concentrate on it really hard. (It's important that they focus on their card the entire time, so they subconsciously guide you to where it is) Extend your hand and let them take a hold of your wrist, then just start moving your hand slowly over the cirle of cards. You should be able to feel them go along with you more easily when you're moving in the right direction and (especially) resisting when you aren't. With practice and concentration you should be able to find their card (or at least narrow it down to 2 or 3)
Try it, you'll be surprised how effective this is!
P.S.: For muscle reading training, have someone hold out their hands towards you, fingers spread out; then put your hands against theirs. Tell them to concentrate on one finger. Then try to tell them which one it is by feeling their ideomotor movements.

i know everything there is to know about contact muscle reading. oh by the way the one to ten is you have them close there eyes and when you get to there number they must picture a stop sign popping out of the ground. where a trick blindfold this increases success. when you get to there there eys will go up or there head will have a slight jerk. most people pick seven. doing a suggestion forcing the to pick 7 and with stitistics 7 you should go with if you don't suspect anything. this could take about 3 or so weeks to master. a good book for muscle reading is psychophysiological thought reading by banacheck and how to read peoples mind by h.j burlingame
