lol
this obviously can't be done on the street because all you do is palm a coin and then uses the blanket as cover to switch, nothing impressive.

dude first of all it isn't a blanket, it's a towel, second of all putting the towel over the glass is just how the trick goes

well, it is obvious the "towel" is covering a move. You may not be palming it in the "beginning"(big word, I know ;)), but there is only several logical ways to do that trick, and the towel is a dead giveaway that it is covering a move, where you switch the objects, because near the end of the video, I see you lap the card. and please don't call me a prick.

Unfortunately I could not finish the video, the sleights used were inferior since the spectator obviously cannot even see what is happening. The effect has a good idea it just needs a bit of polishing up. :)

just for future reference, don't go saying you know the treick unless you can make a video or a tutorial explaining how the trick is done

Hey Taylor you are really young! That's a good thing though. Raph I know this is an exposure forum but there's no need to attack this young guy with your theories.

Anyway what I think happens is you picked up a coin off your blanket after you turned the king over and held it against the card much like a coin matrix move, then put it face down with the coin underneath. Under cover of the towel, you pull the card from the glass and the rim of the glass causes the coin to fall off then push the card back under the coin. Something like that.

This type of effect would be great if you didn't have such dodgy conditions though. Maybe work on it a little.
