Shipping is free for Supersaver, but it's better to get 4x Sample 3 Package than their 12 deck deal because of shipping.

The shipping charge for four 3 deck sample pack ($16.97 times four= $67.88) is $3.95. Total charge= $71.83 not including tax

They are exactly the same, but because of shipping costs, it is cheaper to buy four of the 3 deck sample packs. However if you want faster shipping, go for the 12 deck. And think, do you really want 12 decks? You can get 9 decks and it will be much cheaper...
