U get your vouleteer 2 sit in a chair with arm rest, and ask them to close their eyes and keep their arm in between realaxed and tense, jus right, and you take their arm and put it out straight at sholder level and jus start to hover their arm a little bit, and do this 4 a minite and then slowly move your hand , but keep hovering their arm , and soon enough, u'll find then hoveing their arm on their own without suppert( yes i no its spelled wroung). It fails practilclly 1 out of 10 times u do it.:D
