lol thanx my trick is pretty good, but this blows u away too, yes i have the pdf and am tryin to upload a tutorial as we speak, but my pc is playin up. the way he does it with a signature is so gutsy too. for all those that dont know it he uses a dupe, even when he does it wwith a signature its a dupe. but dont let that put u off its still an amazing trick and looks very impressive

I can see it happening now. In the distant future, there will be no need for spectators signing a card, because of tricks like this. What the eff is the point of the spectator signing the card, if you're going to copy it? I also like how they don't show the whole trick in the preview. Kinda like Connected. What a load of junk. This trick is epic fail.

traumatised-magic
10-14-2007, 02:43 AM
ur right about that and its a fair point but who said u need to do it signed that was just his way to get around that problem, i still think even with it signed its one of the best TnR tricks about

I agree. The restoration looks amazing. But when I usually hear "Signed" I think of ONE CARD. Not a dupe signature. Plus, if they sign their card, using an actual signature, I'm sure it would be REALLY hard to actually forge it. Kind of like forging permission slips for school, the teachers know, somehow.

the counter did
10-14-2007, 03:10 AM
well, this isn't the only way to forge sigs, I talked to glenn myself, and we talked about a few other methods.

swatpanda
10-14-2007, 04:06 PM
like.........?

traumatised-magic
10-14-2007, 04:58 PM
i know its not the only way to forge the signature i know a few differnet ways too but to b honest this is a very clever way to do it. the other way is to obviously do several signed card tricks and just have dupes signed. and the torn up card is the one with the forged sig so the specs dont inspect that card anyway

citrusjrb
10-14-2007, 05:10 PM
couldnt u use carbon paper to forge a signature

swatpanda
10-16-2007, 12:28 AM
whats carbon paper?

traumatised-magic
10-16-2007, 12:52 AM
u can do but for one the carbon copy sig wont look like the real thing cause of the differnece in look as in u wrote one with a sharpie and the other is a transfer and the other problem is u would need some kind of gimmick to have the carbon paper on so that when the spec signs the card it transfers, also there is another problem i am well aware of the effective ness of carbon paper when usein a pencil or ball point pen thru paper, but when u talk about doin it with a sharpie thru a playin card it just wont work, there isnt enough pressure to transfer thru the card and then to the carbon paper it just wont work the playin cards are too thick and the pen doesnt require enough pressure to do it

can i have the pdf, sometimes its eaiser for me too read than to watch

traumatised-magic
10-16-2007, 01:13 AM
ok looks like someone cant ****in read, i already said like 2/3 post back i dont have the pdf anymore. and u seriously cant understand that video god help ya. the pdf is difficult enough to understnad as it is let alone a visual aid. all u gotta do is follow my steps in the vid and there u go.i guess some learn in different ways.

is this seamless the same:http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6070733209789198235&q=seamless+magic&total=22&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=1

how do u do this one?

traumatised-magic
10-16-2007, 07:07 PM
yes that is the seamless we are talkin about, the trick is all about that second tear basically, if u look he only tears it a little bit then distracts with talkin then starts to tear again, he does the little tear which in actual fact only tears the card in front he stops and when he begins to tear again he moves the piece at the back out of the way into his hand a little bit so he is only tearin the single piece at the front and then displays everythin as 4 pieces when in actual fact what he has is a full half piece and 2 quater pieces
