Ok. Basically the effect is that you cover a cup with your hand and a minute or so later the water is wine! The spectator can even taste it to verify!
1) Get a bottle cap or something smaller and fill it with wine.
2) Put some tape over the top to stop it leaking out.
3) Using magicians wax or tape to stick it to your palm.
4) When a spectator is getting a cup of water for you, simply pull the tape off of the bottle cap so the wine can flow. Hold your hand steady.
5) As soon as you get the water slowly put your hand over it gaurding it from the spectators view.
6) Wait for a minute or so for the wine to fully mix with the water.
7) Remove your hand and show the spectator.
8) Subtly remove the bottle cap and pocket it.
