it can b done and with practice anyone can do it,remember anatomy class, ur nose is connected to ur mouth, the nail just goes into ur nasal cavity. it just takes practice, the hammer is just for effect

yah hes rite it can be done but its extremely dangerous and i donot recoomend ne one to attempt it without pro training

It is a normal nail, what you see is what you get, It just goes up the cavity that leads to your mouth and not your brain, the reason it's so effective is because the laymen think that there's only one leading to your brain, and that you're genuinly hammering it into you skull.
