"Lean" has been discussed on here hundreds of times already. It requires a very exspensive and specially designed shoe which can shift your weight. There was even a PDF psoted on how exactly to make it but to make it yourself is a miracle. You basically send the shoes to the company (they have specifications) and the sum of money and they create them for you.
