here is the exact article about it
Decide on your target. Try determining who is a good subject by asking him or her to close their eyes and imagine having a rock in one hand and a helium balloon in the other. If their hands lower/raise, they may be a good subject.
Set the mood. The room does not necessarily have to be silent. However, you do need to find ways to keep the subject relaxed. Make sure the room isn't too hot or cold, and that the noises in the room aren't distracting for the first few minutes. Playing soft music like the kind in yoga classes can help. Also, make sure the subject is sitting comfortably in a chair. Let them slouch as much as they need to.
Before you start the relaxation process tell your subject that they will be able to hear everything going on around them, and they will always be able to open their eyes at any time, no matter how deeply they go into the hypnotic state. Let them know that this does not mean the hypnosis isn't working.
Begin the relaxation process. During this phase, you will want to keep the subject relaxed and focused on you. Start a slow countdown (from 200), and have your subject imagine the numbers in great detail, make them a burden in their mind, and then dismiss the number from their imagination. Or, you can have them imagine walking down a staircase one step at a time. Whatever technique you use, you must make sure that they are finding their tension on a psychological level, making it into a manifestation, and then releasing it. Some hypnotists tell their patients to imagine their tension like a fog leaving their body, starting at their toes and then throughout their whole body.
Pay attention to their state. If you are getting close to the end of the countdown and see twitchy eyes, tense muscles, or laughing, it's not working. (Twitchy eyes may indicate REM (rapid eye movement), like when you have a dream). You can try stretching out the relaxation phase or trying something different; but if they can't seem to relax, you can most likely tell twitchy to leave the chair and their check at the desk. Yawning can be a good sign toward the beginning of the countdown, but it should stop about halfway through.
Begin manipulation, but within bounds. If you are doing hypnosis to help someone with a problem (refer to medical professionals), such as smoking, do a lot of positive talk. "Repeat after me: I am not a slave to smoking. Smoking does not please me. I do not feel a need for smoking..." However, if you are hypnotizing on an entertainment level (my favorite), start coming up with situations for the subject to be in, like and Indy car race, or watching a scary movie. Be mindful that it's very possible for the subject to remember what you're having them do, and will most likely remember later on. Also keep in mind that having them do something too bizarre or out of their character can bring them completely out of a trance. For example, some married men - or men who behave like they're married - will regain consciousness if you tell them to flirt with "the pretty woman across the room."
Bring your subject out of the trance. Count in a positive, upbeat voice, adding energy to the subject with each number ("You are getting more and more awake..."). Just before you wake them, you can give them a positive boost - like telling them that they will rest well that night - or a final trick - like telling them that they will laugh uncontrollably whenever someone shakes their hand. These effects will eventually wear off, but it's fun to watch.
Collect the cash and/or applause.
Tips
Be patient. Going too quickly will give the hypnotee a sense of urgency, making it impossible for them to reach the hypnotized state.
Having a deep, soothing voice can be helpful, but if you don't have one, don't fake it. It can disturb your subject and make it impossible for them to reach a state of hypnosis. If you don't have a soothing voice a monotonous one will help. Practice getting a soothing voice by imagining you are on a beach.
I also use to open it the criss angle patter "i want u to imagine your happiest moment and fall back into it; now close your eyes..." and begin
