How do you do Criss Angel trick

HOw does Criss Agel do "Trashed" (Garbage can escape) i've watched him done it a bunch of times but i can't figure this on out. If anyone has any ideas please post them.:cool:

it cantbe camera tricks bc i got the season on DVD and he shows it with one continous shot

It is camera tricks!! I know everybody likes "Criss Angel" but i'm sorry to say but it actually is camera tricks. Trust me if you put SLO-MO on it when there on the trash-can you can see a slight diffrence! Just try it!:cool:
