Now, whenever I perform a magic trick for an audience and discuss magic with people post-performance 90% they mention this trick that either they saw, or they have a friend or a friend's friend who saw it.

Someone picks a card, I think it is signed or something, and the magician literally makes it appear anywhere that the spectators names...even really far away places...

I don't care or not whether or not you reveal it, I would just like to know the name of the effect.

this is a great effect. Any ideas? I know that in the buisness cards there is a hollowed out section with some sort of sensor (possibly a magnet) and in the pen there in another sensor (maybe a magnet) that reacts to the one in the middle of the deck. There is probably a way to put the sensor in one side of the hole or both. Here is the problem, I know that there must be a sensor on the magician's body, but what type and how would it be transferred from magnets to a person? here are some trailers:

I bought hollow by menny lindenfield and when it said in the directions to pull the hang-up ring out, I did and the whole hang-up ring literally came out. (if you know what im talking about). Does anyone know how to fix this?? I seems easily fixable. PLZZ
