the swithc can be found in any electrical store and the metal plate just needs to be a piece of metal..nothin fancy just a piece of metal that u can screw to the bottom of ur shoe

u attach a piece of wire to this after u have screwed it to ur shoe and this wire is joined to the red wire form the ion generator and the red wire from the battery

search in google for an negative ion generator, i got mine from ebay and the switch and battery pack i got from a local electronics store, cost less than a dollar i think

continued.....

take the black wire from the ion genertaor and conect it to one side of the switch, take the black wire from the battery and connect it to the other side of the switch

take the red wire from the ion generator and the red wire from the battery and then also a third wire and attach all 3 together.....the loose wire then gets attached to the metal plate on the bottom of your shoe

then ur done, use a sweat band or just tuck the whole thing into ur sock to keep it on ur leg and make sure the exposed end of the pink wire form the ion generator is touchin ur skin and turn it on

u will feel a really strange kind of vibrating sensation all up ur leg, thats normal and u get used to it after a while

when u touch someone u will also feel the shock, its just like a static shock u will both feel it but u know when its comin so u should be able to brace ur self so it doesnt seem to effect u

of course i can...now apparently there is a tutorial from a guy named traum....no idea how good that is but suposedly its pretty detailed so it might be worth a look, there is also a website called pikashoes wich details how its done too tats how i learnt it

now ur goin to need a negative ino generator, a 9v battery pack and a small metal plate.....i actually used a small shelf bracket and a switch

now the metal plate needs to be screwed to the bottom of your shoe as this is the ground plate soo needs to be in contact with the floor at all times for the thing to work

when u get ur ion generator there are 3 wires comin from it, a red, a black and a kind of pink wire. the pink wire will have either a few prongs on the end or it will just be an open wire, either way this is the part that contacts ur skin. the rest of it is very easy to put together
