oh wow! thanks! thats dissappointing that it requires a large metal plate. they made it seem that it could be done anywhere at anytime, but i guess thats out of the question. haha. i thought it was done with like large elastic bands going up the pant leg and attaching to your back. lol. well thank you!

ur feet hook onto the nails stickin up and this prevents ur feet movin when u lean over
very expensive to make even if ur tryin to make ur own
