well I don't think you should say "get" a girl because they aren't possessions but if you want her attention, be charming and whitty. If she prefers the jerk type, then try to be a jerk but don't take it too far so she loses interest or you get your ass kicked. The best thing is to just be yourself, don't try to be anyone else. If she likes you then great. If she doesn't then I don't think she is the right one for you. Then you should just move on, there are plenty of girls out there who would love to go out with you.

i would do something that she would prob like (da) like controlled coin flip that tends to freek ppl out. But dont just go up to her and say i got a magic trick for you (that sounds kinda corny) do the majic trick at the right time not just randomly. For ex if you do use the controlled coin flip do it to her when she has a coin or when she pickes up her change from a coke mashine or something dont just go up to her and say want to se magic
