Moving Ink Tricks.

I've seen a variety of moving ink tricks and I was wondering if anyone knew any at all.

There are ones like Cyril's Sunglasses on the bill; where he draws glasses on the person on a bill and moves it with his finger, yet they can touch the ink at anytime.

Another one is the one done by the Hawaiian magician where they pick a card, he draws it on the back of the a card - Proves to be false but as they stare at it, a card appears out of the deck he drew. I'll provide videos if you don't understand what I am saying but does anyone know the method of doing it? Or at least a theory??

Similar to fraud, but not fraud itself because I own the DVD for that.
