ANSWER: Okay, the pitch page is just a fancy word for the sales letter or homepage that visitors will go to and the thank you page is what the user will be taken to after they purchase your product, this is where they will be able to download your product. As for the free domain question, you will need to purchase a domain from a site like namesecure.com, clickbank.com does not want you using a domain obtained from a free website. Also, you will need to pay for hosting, if you do a search for web hosts you will find tons of them pick one that you feel comfortable with. Oh by the way, purchasing a domain name and hosting is very inexpensive and your product sales should cover this cost very quickly. I hope this helps.
