If u used a calculator for this then i think you need to retake Nursery school mate and get checked out coz you have to be pretty stupid if you used a calculator.
pick a number{x}
double it {2x}
add 4 to that number {2x+4}
divide that number by 2 {(2x+4)/2 simplifies to x+2}
subtract the original number {x+2-x simplifies to 2}
to those who didn’t get 2, you fail at basic math

this is not mindreading… it’s simple mathemetics, observe the equation
((x+x+4)/2)-x = 2
assume that x is 5…..
5+5+4 = 14
14/2= 7
7-5= 2
so simple it’s not even entertaining……
